Would you support the Legislature expanding Medicaid to the 150,000 Kansans in the "coverage gap?"

To date, 39 states have expanded Medicaid to individuals earning between 100%-138% of the federal poverty level. Currently, there are about 150,000 Kansans who earn too much to qualify for Medicaid but do not make enough to qualify for ACA marketplace subsidies. The Federal Government has incentivized states which includes funding to cover Kansas' portion of expanded KanCare for 8 years.
